History

Joe Bill Thompson, MAI founded the firm in December, 2005, after serving as partner and vice president of Kennedy Holtkamp, Inc., for 15 years. Thompson Appraisal is an established real estate appraisal firm in NE Texas. Assignments have included real estate types ranging from rural farms and ranches, industrial, restaurants, retail, offices, convenience stores, subdivision development, cemeteries, funeral homes, hotels, self storage, and nursing homes to all forms of residential real estate, including apartments.
